• Drill the Well on Simulator (DWOS) Exercise
• Customized well control scenarios that may occur in a planned well operations
• ‘Hands-On’ scenario based well control simulation and kick drills
• Simulate active awareness in the detection and avoidance of well control events
• Simulate potential well control problems that may occur in the planned well operations
• Graphical representation and theoretical explanation of what is happening downhole
• This allows understanding the outcomes of the actions or inactions during various drilling operations
• Create an interactive learning environment with involvement of wellsite and office - based technical and non - technical personnel to improve teamwork and Crew Resource Management (CRM) as per IOGP recommendation
